4. Licensing & Permitted Use

Purchasing a module grants you a non-transferable, single-organization license.
You may use the content internally within your hotel or company.

You may NOT:

• Share or distribute modules to other hotels, organizations, consultants, or third parties

• Resell or sublicense the content

• Upload the content to public or shared drives outside your organization

• Copy, reproduce, or publish the content

• Claim the content as your own

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Krisztina Duggal Consulting Inc.

If you wish to use SWAST modules for multiple locations, chain-wide training, or consulting programs, you must request written permission.

5. No Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

You agree that:

• No refunds will be issued once the module is delivered

• Incorrect email entry does not qualify for a refund

• Lost passwords can be re-issued by contacting support

• Failure to download does not constitute grounds for a refund

This policy is standard for digital downloadable content and ensures protection of intellectual property.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown.
